DCC Controller Evaluation.

The Controller works well. I like the large function buttons. The instructions are easy to understand. The big headache is that the cable lock 'tabs' were weak and broke off shortly after I received them These items were used carefully, and should not have broken off the way they did, ...Most of the LCD is easy to read. The function symbols on the display are reallly too tiny to be obvious until you finally realize that something is there. Yes, you can see them, but they're a pain, especially those that you don't see that often.

Exactly what i was looking for. I upgraded from MRCs prodigy low end system. This works great, easy to use and more options on it to program and run my trains. Usually I run 3 at a time but with this maybe 5. My layout is only 8' x 8' L shaped but this will more than take care of it. Also saved $95 on it. List price was $299. I had been looking at it for some time because it is MRC and I had really good success with my other MRC DCC system.Now I just need to sell the old one.

Easy to Use MRC Prodigy Advance2

I did a lot of on line shopping and reading discussion group comments about DCC controllers before I made my purchase. Some DCC controllers sounded like computer/electrical nightmares and not being a whiz at this type of stuff, I wanted the easiest to use and set up. The MRC unit turned out to be a good choice for me. It does everything I want it to do and I can still to more with it if I want to. It may not have all of the features that some other DCC controllers have, but it has more than enough to get the job done.

Best Speakers ever

I have a 7.1 surround system and these speakers are the best. I had Polk RM800 before these, but these way out preform them. Polk at its best!!

Amazing sound quality and unbeatable at this price!

I've wanted a set of Polk speakers for years, but they remain beyond my price range. Thanks to Amazon, my dream has become a reality - and what a reality! The sound quality of these speakers is something that needs to be experienced. These speakers are described as the flagship, and Polk really outdid themselves. The quality if the enclosure is second to none and the finish of the cherry wood side panels, which is darker than in the pictures, is beautiful. We added these to out surround system along with a Polk subwoofer, but they sound so nice we don't use the surround for music any longer and the subwoofer isn't needed for anything but some movie tracks. I could go on and on, but I can just say that I never believed you could get such full, rich sound out of column speakers - simply amazing!

Deal of the Century!

I couldn't afford the LSI-25's when I decided to buy a complete Polk LSI home surround sound/stereo speaker system, Instead I put LSI-15 towers up front with matching subwoofers. It sounded great. I just up graded my 2 channel stereo system to a SACD multi channel system, and wanted to replace my LSI dipole speakers with a full bandwith speakers with woofer, and the LSI-25's worked out great for me. The LSI-25's were $3000.00 a pair before POLK came out with their LSIM series. I got the pair for less that half of that.
