Leaky after 5 years

I've got 4 of these faucets and all 4 have now developed leaks on the hot tap. Additionally, the cold taps are all becoming difficult to turn due to mineral build-up. Since all 4 have the same problem, I think this is a design flaw or quality defect with this faucet.

Ordered four of these pendant lights.. Had to exchange one because bottom of globe was dark (like burnt out bulb ). Had no problem with the exchange or exchanged product. We have them on dimmers and enjoy thewarm glow to bright light that evenly bounces off the opal glass.

Absolutely Gorgeous! And good quality too!

This is the third faucet we bought when we did our kitchen remodel! We tried being thrifty the first time, went too big the second and finally got it right on the third try. We wanted a pull out faucet, but it had to be high enough to easily rinse out large and tall items without pulling it out every time. This one does it all. Pricey? Not for what you are getting. The quality is high. I know it will last for years and years. The look? I fell in love with it at first sight. We did an Art Nouveau kitchen and this faucet with its floral-like lines fits right in. I know if they had the technology to build one like this in the early 1900's they would have done it just like this!

Absolutely Beautiul

This faucet is expensive. There is no way around that fact. It is expensive and worth every penny. We were looking at another faucet with a similar style from another manufacturer (Danze I think), which we checked out at our local homede*ot. The Danze we looked at was cheaper than this at around $400, but the quality was no where near this one.This faucet has that weighty feel that we associate with quality products. The mechanism for switching from a shower to a stream feels really robust and uses high quality thick rubber that feels great on your finger when switching modes.Now I pull the head off and move it around my sink with ease to clean the sinks 8 corners (we have a 30 inch wide double sink). The swivel motion is really great too, when you pull the head out and are moving it around the sink, the faucet will at first provide a little resistance, and once you break that friction, it moves effortlessly to allow me to have full access to my hole sink with the faucet head.I have been involved with the construction of high end houses in the past, and this is the best kitchen faucet I have come across.It really is flawless and you will not regret buying it.

I looked for a long time for a white modern faucet with a pull down spray. This is beautiful. It is large, so appropriate for a larger kitchen. It is easy and convenient to use. I would definitely recommend this faucet.

Love this faucet. We just renovated our kitchen and had a different (less expensive) faucet installed and we hated it. We replaced it with this Kohler faucet and are very happy. Great pressure and reach all around the sink. We use this as our primary (and only) faucet - it is plenty big.

Lifetime Warranty actually worked 8 years after purchase

In 2003 I bought my Kohler "Finial" kitchen sink faucet(K-377-4M BN Brushed Nickel).Now, 8 years later, Kohler is replacing the hot and cold valves as well as the aerator for free! I just called and the nicest woman heard my problem with a tiny leak on the hot water valve plus a broken aerator. After 5 minutes she had the items in the mail to me for free because of the lifetime warranty.Kohler is a great company with the best lifetime warranty I've seen.

Great for the price - chain is a bit short

Exactly what I wanted, except the chain is about 12" short for a vaulted ceiling. It has ample wire and the safety wire are over 24" longer than the chain packed with the light, so it may be a manufacturing or design error. I purchased a similar one for another house a few months ago - Lowes Portfolio brand - and it came with plently of chain for a vaulted ceiling, so my expections are not too high. Otherwise, it has the 3-bulb and up-open-style design we wanted. Gives out a lot of light for the area above the dining table, just a little too high off the floor with the shorter chain - but we are living with it.

We just finished a total remodeling of our master bath and went with Kohler Bancroft drawer pulls, towel racks, sink faucet, and door handles. The toilet tissue holder is well made and will stand up to years of use. A little expensive...but you get what you pay for.

This holder is both elegant and functional. Installation instructions were fine and all hardware needed for both drywall and tile installation are included. In my bathroom we were able to mount the holder onto wood and it was simple to do a professional installation.

I was very happy with my purchase of the Kohler toilet tissue holder. It is made well and just as described, like all of the Kohler products I have purchased. It installed easily and is very sturdy and is easy to change the roll of toilet paper. The only negative is the price but as they say you get what you pay for and this was worth it.
