great protection

We have purchased 2 of these fender cushions for a 31'boat that is tied up to a dock that doesn't float with the tide. This fender is terrific when tied to the pilings on the pier. They stay in place and don't shift around. Our boat is protected for the first time. I think this fender would be very helpful if you are rafting to other boats. They arrived well packaged and we did not need to inflate them. I highly recommend this fender. Could only find this style on Amazon's website and as usual a very fast delivery.

Best ergonomic keyboard on the planet, for a price

As someone who learned to type on a Smith Corona typewriter and spent nearly a decade in IT, I have used many keyboards. Whenever I begin a new job, I ditch the keyboard and mouse that's provided for me and replace it with my Kinesis contoured keyboard and Kensington trackball. I just hope motherboards continue to support PS/2 inputs a little while longer cuz that's how old my Kinesis is.It took me about 2 weeks to get fully adjusted to using the Kinesis, but if you are patient, it will not only pay off with better ergonomics, but speed. I can probably type 5-10WPM faster with the Kinesis than with any other keyboard. Co-workers walking by my desk always thought I'd been over-caffeinated because of how fast I was typing. My only caution to you is if you have root privileges and are learning on a Unix or Linux system. Watch those typos! The only bummer about my version is that it's not USB and doesn't have a Windows key. I personally don't use the macro's but it's extremely useful for developers. One of the companies I used to work for would order them for developers and sysadmins at their request; they all requested them. The new Kinesis Advantage is USB and includes a Windows key. Even with the minor drawbacks on my version, I still preferred it when having to work 8-10 hours/day. I got used to creating shortcuts for everything in Windows.Another funny advantage to the Kinesis is it keeps other people from "driving" your computer. It's hilarious watching people look for the Enter and Backspace keys like they have never typed before in their lives. Tee hee! Seriously though, this is the best ergonomic keyboard on the market. Now all they need to do is add some multimedia keys, add backlighting, and drop the price by $200 and I'll update mine! Most IT guys and geeks I know like typing in dimly lit environments or in the dark so a backlight would be nice to have..For those who cannot or will not drop $300 for a keyboard, the Microsoft Natural Ergo Keyboard 4000 is a great value. Just be sure to use the reverse slope attachment.

Good stuff!

If you are even considering this, you more than likely have RSI/Carpal Tunnel/etc. I have owned Kinesis contoured keyboards for over ten years now, they are simply wonderful. I had severe RSI for a couple of years and I was forced to seek medical attention, they wanted to operate, I didn't. Besides I had just graduated and couldn't afford to take time off or the cost of the operation. So I took the weekends off, did a little less typing and took over the counter ibuprofen. That was also the time that I discovered the Kinesis products. It took about two weeks to adjust to the new keyboard, although going back to a regular keyboard was no problem for me. I also learned the Dvorak keyboard, but it was too hard to switch back to a regular QWERTY keyboard. For me as a consultant/contractor, I often need to work at client sites and needed to be able to use a QWERTY keyboard, so I abandoned Dvorak. I tend to work twelve hour days so there were times when I did have soreness and numbness, but it was minor compared to problems I used to have. Some wrist excersies/stretches and alternating hot/cold water treatments helped too. Several years later, I had an alternative/energy medicine person do some things on my hand and I have not had any problems since. But I still have a couple of Kinesis keyboards and I love them. Wouldn't go back to a regular keyboard. The cost is a higher than others, but I have not found a keyboard that worked better for me. I've have the Microsoft Natural keboard, among others, but this one is still my favorite. Also, is it worth the lost productivity and recovery time? These days I can work for sixteen hours and not have any problems to speak of. If you decide to try it, give it at least two weeks, it can be really frustrating at first, but once you get used to it, its really great. One thing is that due to the contours, your fingers don't have to stretch very far so the distance your fingers need to move is less and I believe that really helps. Other ergonomics should also be attended to: keyboard tray, hands at or below elbow level, wrists straight, etc. One thing that really helped was to get rid of the arm rests on my chairs, drops the elbows to their natural position, otherwise we tend to rest on them and pull our shoulders up. Good for typists, maybe not for developers or power users

When doing normal typing, I found the Kinesis Advantage to be very comfortable and ergonomic. However, there were issues in performing certain tasks on this keyboard.I am a software developer and frequently use the arrow keys to move around. However, the arrow keys on this keyboard are located way off to the bottom of the main key section in a position very difficult to reach with my fingers. Moreover, the arrow keys are split between the left and right handed keys. The left/right keys are on the left-hand side and the up/down keys are on the right-hand side. This orientation is VERY difficult to use and not suited for certain repetitive tasks I often perform. However, I was able to get around this problem by purchasing a USB numeric keypad (http://www.amazon.com/IBM-Numeric-Keypad-Thinkpad-USB/dp/B00004Z7F0/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1222551284&sr=1-1), which can also be used for its arrow keys.A similar issue for me is the location of the bracket keys. These are even more difficult to get to than the arrow keys. Most typists probably only use these keys rarely, but they are used quite frequently when writing software programs. The Advantage lets you remap keys, but this leads to a lot of confusion while you are typing and simply swaps one set of keys with another.Another issue with this keyboard is that ctrl/alt key combinations are designed to be keyed using both hands. Frequently, I need to perform cut and paste operations while handling the mouse with one hand. On the Advantage, this can only be done by stretching out your thumb and little fingers in an uncomfortable and unergonomic fashion.I also am not fond of the soft function keys (F1-F12) on this keyboard. I use these keys extensively when I am debugging my programs to step through and navigate through my source code. These keys are small and simply do not have a great touch when you press them.While this keyboard was generally very ergonomic (aside from the ctrl/alt issue), I found the issues generally too awkward to overcome, so I decided to send it back to Kinesis for a refund.

Dinner for Every Month

I got this Dinner of the Month Club pasta meal as a gift from a very special person back in CT where I used to live--I believe they are one of the leading gourmet presents companies nationwide.The pasta is ready literally within 15 minutes--a quick meal is a good thing, especially for a single guy like me who doesn't have the time of day to cook complicated stuff--and not only that, it tastes excellent! (I added some parmesan cheese to the sauces that I got in my fridge and it made it even better). Honestly I wasn't expecting it to taste this good. As an Italian food fan, I was pretty satisfied with this gift. If you don't want to leave the house or what to stay home to watch the game, it's a perfect gift. Do I recommend their food and services? Absolutely! Dinner Club is GREAT

I recently joined the dinner of the month club and I am so glad I did! Great Cover

This cover looks great on my truck. Best price I could find anywhere. Very easy to install and remove if you want access to the whole bed, and it stores easily in the cab back seat. Shipping was fast and product arrived unharmed. The cover seems quite durable, I don't think I will be disappointed, but time will tell. I love the trifold option as I have heard the snap style covers are difficult to snap in the cold weather, and the velcro ones get stuff caught in the velcro over time. (F.Y.I.) Make sure this is the right part number for your truck. Amazon says this is for a Toyota and it is not! This cover (Lund 95093) fits Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2007-2010 short bed (6.5'). I did a little looking around online to find the number to fit my truck before I ordered this one. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Great tonneau!

The tonneau is exactly as advertised! We have had it now for over a year and are super happy with it.We actually had a problem with it recently where the corner pieces on the back broke (probably due to the low temperatures and ice ). I contacted Lund and they got back to me right away and shipped out replacement parts for us.

just what was needed

We needed a tonneau cover for our annual Christmas trek from Iowa to Ontario, and I did some looking around online and found this cover to be the best price with features I wanted. My young son uses my truck often to haul wood, 4-wheelers, motorcycles, etc and so most important was the ability to quickly remove the cover. And I didn't want snaps, I have memories of my dad struggling with a snap cover years ago. So I purchased this cover for my 2010 GMC Sierra short box.The cover arrived, it took me about 30 minutes to install, and worked beautifully for our 1200 mile round trip this Christmas. We ran through snow, rain, wind, you name it, and the cover worked very well. It is not totally sealed, there was some snow powder under the cover in a few spots, but for our purposes it was perfect. Once installed the first time, you can literally remove the entire cover in less than 1 minute. I highly recommend it. I am considering purchasing another one for a little Ranger pickup I also own.

does what it should

It does what it should......i had always bought fenders pre inflated so this was new for me. I used a regular bike pump to inflate this one up. That was not the problem but the challenge is to fully inflate the fender and then seal it before all the air escapes. I tried doing this a number of times with limited success. I dont know however if one needs them fully inflated as even somewhat half inflated it seems to work fine.... BUT it does appear to look like it needs more air in it.

Great headphones

After enduring the standard Apple headphones for over a year, I decided to upgrade and I'm really glad I did. These are without question the best in-ear headphones I've ever heard. I have even tried the $100 Bose headphones and still prefer these. Although the bass is about equal on both, these have a much clearer sound and actually fit in my ear. Highly recommended.

I read a lot of reviews of this item before I purchased it. I am a musician, so the quality of the sound matters to me a lot. These headphones are remarkable! There is a wonderful balance of highs, mid-range, and lows. I heard things in my music that I'd never heard before. The clarity was spectacular, the bass full and rich. My tastes are eclectic so from classical to rock to folk to jazz, the sound was excellent. I had purchased a set of Shure E2C headphones and found them to be unacceptable (very bright highs and mediocre lows). For my ears, these are just right - and comfortable, too. The noise transmitted through the cables, as noted by some, has not been a problem. I highly recommend these for the money!

a lot of sound for the investment..

I have been buying ear canal phones recently and unwilling to pay the big bucks, I have targeted phones in the sub $75 range. These diminutive little guys have a very good sound. The low end is tight and not at all exaggerated. The mids and highs are surprisingly smooth compared to the competition and I find myself able to listen for extended periods without fatigue. Sibilance is often times an issue with inexpensive phones but not with these. I have owned them for just a short time so cannot comment on their durability. They seem small and perhaps even fragile but quality of construct seems very good. The only thing I would have preferred is a more substantial cord. This is one of those small gauge limp numbers and tangling could be an issue. But for $24 folks, you can't go wrong. The previous negative comments regarding these phones are unwarranted. You can buy them with confidence.

1080p POWERHOUSE!!

The unit casts an unbelievable image. Not just beautiful, detailed, 3-D, and exciting, but deeply soul-satisfying. The rich color is accurate out of the box, and setup is an absolute breeze. HDTV is superb, HD DVD is impossibly fantastic, and even SD looks great. VGA input gives a simple computer connection. Blacks are good except in very dim scenes, when they become a drawback. That's a small concession for such an extraordinary value in a TV. The quality of the built-in video processing alone is worth the cost. There is simply no comparison with flat panels or rear projection. You should have a 100-plus in. diag. screen in a DARK room for maximum impact.

Great out of the box!

The PT-AE1000U LCD HD Proj 11000:1 1100 Lumens Hdmi Svid Rbg is a great unit. Excellent HD quality. We installed it ourselves - very easy with minimal handyman knowledge for the ceiling mount. Worked perfectly out of the box. We have since gone into some of the menu options and selected picture quality/brightness options that we preferred for our home theater. Outstanding home theater projector!

The one thing I promised myself that I would get after professional school was a projector for a home theater. I always wanted the "big screen" and wanted to be able to watch HDTV and HD DDVD as well as gaming. After graduation, I did my research and found this to be the best bang for the buck. I have been using this one for about one year.Setup is super easy, I got a cheap universal mount off ebay and it works just fine and a cheap 100" screen with felt border. This projector will do fine on most surfaces, but the better the screen, the more forgiving the lighting conditions (I use mine in the basement so lighting is taken care of pretty well). Another fantastic feature is the flexibility of mounting; there is zoom, focus, and both vertical and horizontal screen adjustment built in so you can mount it where you want, and adjust the picture to be right wehere you want just by using the remote.The picture is awesome right out of the box, but there are advanced settings to tweak to your heart's desire. The menus are rather intuitive and cover most of the standard features you will see in a projector. There are inputs galore to take whatever you throw at it, 2 HDMI, 2 composite, video, s-video, and vga. I wish the vga was DVI instead to keep up with modern machines, so I used an HDMI to connect to my PC instead. The video processing of the non-HD inputs is impressive, I had my old DVD player hooked up to it when I first got it and they looked fantastic on the screen, no pixelation at all. The remote is very good, and programmable to be used as a universal remote, but I have a Harmony 890 (highly recommend) and use that instead.The unit is a bit bigger than I had expected, but once it's mounted that hasn't really been an issue at all. And it is quiet! Not much extra noise during movie time by the projecto.I have a hard time coming up with drawbacks to this model since I am so pleased with it. I mentioned earlier that I wish the PC input was DVI instead of VGA. If you have a very light space, the 1100 lumens might not be enough for you. I guess my biggest advice to make this sing is to control your ambient light. And to be clear, there is no tuner in this projector, so you can't just hook an antenna up to this to get HDTV.This thing just sings! Playing Wii Tennis is awesome! Movies are like being at the cinema. PC and Blu-Ray are superb! HDTV is a dream! It isn't the cheapest, but the quality rivals models you will spend twice the cash to buy. If I had to do it all over, I would get this one again in a heartbeat!
