Grizzly G0632
By E. Frothingham
Placed an order for the G0632 through Grizzly early in May. It arrived around the beginning of July - they were backlogged with orders, so it took a little extra time. I live in Alaska, so was pretty impressed to see Grizzly could ship it for $169.00 (we were all taking bets on the freight and the lowest was $400.00). Picked it up from the shipper when it arrived; the box had a hole in it and the shipper broke my taillight when trying to load it (turns out the lathe was undamaged). The packaging was pretty impressive; metal frame with the lathe cradled inside and all that was in a cardboard box. Managed to put it together by myself, but hey, I have a wife and three daughters, so have learned to do everything alone. Noted a small electrical component had a blemish on it, so called Griz to see if it was problem. Before I had a chance to even install the 220 outlet for it, they had sent a new part, no questions asked (turns out it wasn't needed_the current part works fine). Must say the most impressive part of this purchase was Grizzly's customer service. They called my home to make sure the lathe had arrived and was undamaged. They even checked to make sure the shipper replaced my taillight (they had). Gonna be 60 this year and must say have never been treated so well by a merchant. While I have not had much opportunity to use it yet, so far the quality is pretty impressive and I am more than happy with the purchase. It was easy to setup and it took less than 45 minutes to wipe off all the protective oils. A friend, who owns a Oneway, was also pretty impressed with it and little jealous of the RPM readout. His Oneway was $5,000 and the only real advantage I see is his frame and legs are more stout, but this lathe will do anything I need it too. Will update this at a later date, after its had chance to make a few chips. Happy with my purchase.

Love it
By S. Dann
So far so great. I have only turned a few pieces, and the lathe works well. The lowest speed is a right on the edge of being too fast (about 70 rpm). The only thing I wish it included was a tool rest for when the head is rotated for outboard bowl turning.Great for the money.

Grizzly G0632 lathe
By Frank Fusco
Arrived well packed. Obviously a serious, heavy duty machine. In use, it's smoothness and power rival those costing twice as much or more. Suggest you have and extra (strong) person to assist with assembly. I am happy with my decision and would do again.
