A few blemishes, but a good value

The screen is slightly wavy - two months later. I have had the screen in the open position the whole time and it never lost the slight waves. I was able to jam in some paper in the roller to even out the waves for the most part. The picture quality is really good. I used this screen to replace an old Radiant screen. The grey screen is much better suited to my house and the super bright projector I have. I have a benq w600 DLP projector. I have a some aversion to the rainbows, and this projector has them. The addition of the grey screen has reduced the rainbow effect somewhat so if you have some minor trouble with rainbows this screen might help you out. I find that I can leave some room lights on low and still get a great picture - that might be what is helping with the rainbows. I used to have to watch in near total darkness with the white screen. I am really glad I bought this screen and have no regrets at all. I couldn;t afford a side tensioned screen so this is the best I could do. The slight ripple on the screen is the only blemish.

Great product; but, sometimes hangs.

This is a Great product for the elderly who may not be able to easily getup to lock or unlock the door. It works well from several yards away,even through walls. However, it did occasionally stick or bind and failto function until the knob was manually turned.I used this product in conjunction with an audio/video intercom systemon the front door of an elderly person with a walking disability.

The door of this wall safe is made of 3/16" thick solid steel plate to prevent from forcibly prying open the door.

Great safe!

I was remodeling my Master Suite and wanted a safe. This safe is great! It is deep and very heavy duty. I framed a 2x6 wall just for this safe and it still sticks out 2 inches. I had to wrap it with trim and it looks great. If you want it flush with the drywall you will want a 2x8 framed wall. Other than that (which is my fault) I love this safe, I just should have measure it instead of assuming it would fit a 2x6 wall.

Great Safe

This is a great safe. Bought locally and it is as described here. Unless the description was changed, the size is stated here for the exterior. That's all I needed to know, that and the cubic inches. Installed easily and is a solid unit.

Keeping it Safe

Great safe but with a few caveats. A different door handle would make opening easier, can be difficult especially early on. Need a pro to install, don't try unless you know what you are doing. Otherwise a good value and sturdy construction.

Perfect as long as you measure

This product is perfect in just about every way. My only problem was I measured the backset incorrectly. You have to measure from the edge of the door to the center of the lock (or the center of the existing hole in your door). This will matter unless you plan do cut the hole yourself in a virgin door. Otherwise, the lock is nice looking once install, operates smoothly, and really is secure.

If you need more than two keys, look out!

This is an excellent deadbolt, solid and well-made. However, it only comes with two keys. If you need more, be aware that your local hardware store won't be able to make duplicates. They sent me to a real locksmith, who told me that these keys require a code to be duplicated. The code was supposed to be on a metal tag that came with the deadbolt. No such tag. I've contacted the seller but have not heard back yet. This was a reseller, not Maxum, so that may have been the problem.The locksmith said that even with the code, each duplicate key would cost $16.00!

Useful, with flaws

I was looking round for a practical yet fashionable utility belt for ages until I hit on this one and thought, 'eureka'! I wear mine every single day and it has proven to do just what I wanted it to: the Warrior (one small pouch, one large pouch, both zip-up) carries my (tiny) wallet, mobile phone, (tiny) notebook, lipstick, pencil, keys, cards, and flashdrive. It leaves my hands free. It puts no strain on my shoulders. I wear it with jeans and with skirts.So why only 3 stars?1) It does not look as trendy or cool as the photos of cool people wearing it would suggest. The sewing isn't elegant; it doesn't look all that 'urban' but a bit hand-made. The seams are clunky. The leather is stiff and not finished on the inside.2) It lacks inside pockets or compartments, so that everything just tumbles around in it, and it sometimes takes quite some time before I find the card or key I'm looking for.3) Worst of all: in the past 2 months, the pouches have come off over 8 times, and the belt more than twice! It is advertised as very secure but I now worry and need to put my hand on it every now and again to assure myself it's still there. It comes off when I get into my car; as soon as a pouch rubs along the door or seat, one of the snaps comes off. And the belt snaps can also come off, when rubbed against something, e.g. when squeezing into a tight space.4) There is no sizing flexibility. The snaps are too far apart to allow for differentiated sizing. When I first got the belt, it fitted well; I used the outer snap and it hugged my hips. Then I joined a gym, worked out and lost some weight, and now it flops around my hips and once, when I was lecturing to a group of students, fell down around my knees!! I adjusted it to the second snap but this is not as comfortable and too tight; it now sits too high on my waist. If this were a belt-style belt with holes and a proper buckle, one could calibrate the fit much better. Or if there were more snaps (the distance is dictated by the width of the pouches but surely this could be improved upon somehow).So, the upshot is: Useful but flawed. And as soon as I find a better product, I'll buy that one! But there isn't anything better just now!

Show off your bulkiness (in the right places)

When going out, I always want to look my best and get attention for the right reasons which is why my UUB is a must have when hitting the South Beach hotspots. I can carry cell phone, wallet, smokes, whatever I need without having to stuff my pockets. That gives me plenty of room to shake it on the dancefloor and not worry at all about the losing stuff...the straps and pouches are very secure; better than pockets actually. I wear mine cross-body style. Now I use it for school also as I got the portfolio for Christmas. Great product!
