LOVE IT!!

Not only did I receive this carrier promptly (within 48 hours)-but the pictures did not do it justice!!! (Picture is not listed but you can find it if you click on the Auxi Pet link).I have a 15lb American Eskimo Mix and he fits comfortably in the carrier. He is also on the long and tall side, could of used an extra inch in length-he can stand in the carrier but his back is above the carrier (he's got a lot of fluff but I'm using this carrier for in the spring/summer so he will be fine once he gets his summer cut!).I love how the one side has a mesh window and the other side rolls down so he can stick his head out! There is a zippered pocket in the inside of the carrier perfect for stashing my keys, leash, poop bag, small wallet/credit card holder, and even cell phone. It has a attachment for his collar and has a nice padded bottom that can be taken out-the whole inside of the carrier can be easily cleaned!The pictures looked more tan/brown to me, but in person it is black/grey. The handles are bright green with a red stripe that I was a little unsure if I would like-but I absolutely LOVE! I took a chance since there was no picture but it was MORE than what I expected! This was my first purchase on Amazon and will use again!

Cozy!

This set is very comfortable. I like the split fastener design. Ecspecially when in screwing things off. I have my 1 1/4, 2's, 3's and my tape. It changes alot from task to task but they stay open and dont sway around and dont sag closed like others. I just had to adjust mine for this winter to fit my jacket and extra clothing after wearing them all summer and thats a what i was worried about when buying fixed bags. Not an issue anymore. They are very adjustable and very durable and seem like they will last forever. I have the suspenders also for when they are really loaded down with an impact, nailer, fasteners, shims etc and this unit does a great job of not making me soar and keeps me comfortable. Rig feels solid to body and doesnt flop around or spill items when i bend over doing layout or when on knees. High mount hammer holder doesnt alow my hammer to smack my leg all day. Not alot of little pockets but enough for what you need. I keep a small case in my belt for apexes, countersinks and bits. There are enough pockets for nailsets and bits and pencils so dont think your getting no organization I just keep alot of small stuff on me so i dont have to stop what im doing to grab a 3/16" bit or a #3 phillips for example. Leather holders in the right handed pouch for my glazer bar, razor blade, dikes etc which has formed to the tools over a years and keeps them secure. Well thought out design and i prefer how everything ties together as one peice so i dont have to adjust the bags when i put them on. All the leather is very thick and strong. Fabric is light, sturdy and is strong. Rivets and stichings are showing no signs of wear and tear. Padded belt. Very light for what you get. American made and no company can compare to the quality Occidental produces.Update november 19th 2011After still wearing these bags they have not worn down at all. not one stich, rivet, or anything has shown any sign of wear. Im super impressed. pockets still stay open. everything is comfy. Buy them!

At last a belt with consideration for lefties!!! Dexterity aside this is just a quality belt from a great company that is worth every single cent. Very comfortable, spacious without being too bulky and awkward, love all the organization within the main bag so your not fumbling looking for things. They also hold onto your "junk" snugly so there's no risk of something falling out and damaging things, a problem I've had with previous bags. Nice oversized tape holder that can handle a 30' tape no problem. Love the special spot for the speed square, just shows the thought that went into the design. Love the fixed bags, they stay where they're supposed to and distribute the weight properly. My only gripe so far is more with my hammer than with the belt. It seems to be pulling my pants down but I'm not concerned -- pre-installed loops for suspenders will make this a quick fix and even more comfortable. Bought from Medford Tools, do yourself a favor and buy one of these. Thanks Occidental!!

great bags

Very comfortable. Even when heavy, they are still comfortable because the belt is padded and distributes weight evenly. They are nylon, and therefore lightweight. There are two pockets towards the outside of the bags on each side (as opposed to 1 on each side). VERY useful to have all these pockets.Well made by Occidental.I added Occidental's high mount tape holder (product 5037) onto the belt right above the tool bag on the right side, and the "stronghold light" suspenders, which work great.

Must order hard-to-find screws to rack mount

This mixer is a workhorse that sounds great, but it is not rack mountable as ordered. Yes, Mackie sells a rack ear kit. However, the rack ear instructions say to simply remove the mixer screws and put them back in. However, over the rack ears the screws in the mixer are too short to even reach the threads. So I called Mackie parts, but they don't sell the screws. And initially, they didn't know what the threads are either...it's not in their parts list. Later, they were able to find out what the screws are and sent some to me. They are a metric zinc pan head Phillips machine screw, M3.5-0.6 x 8. I found them online for five cents each, plus shipping. Here is the link to these screws at Fastenal.com: [...]

Great mixer, great sound

This mixer is great!, I used one at a little leage game, sounds great, works great, just asome. It has special pre-amps for amplifing whispers and screems. It isn't a bus mixer, but than again, it is!!, if you mute it, it is muted, but, it sends it to alt 3-4, wich you can send to a monitor, or something als, or you could select it to go to the sub room mix channel. This mixer has 2 alts. wich is very handy for many reasons. It TONS of outputs, an xlr main out, and a 1/4 inch main out, along with alts. You can run an effects mixer through it in any of the channels.I love it!!I recomend it to anyone!!(I'm useing my mom's accound :)

Good 17" Monitor in its pricerange

This is not a bad Monitor at all. I found this 17" LCD monitor made by SOYO on sale at Office Max for $ 140 (+tax). But before I bought this monitor I first went and bought a nice 20" inch widescreen for my primary PC. But soon I learned that HP and other PC's have trouble keeping the new driver with the new settings. The PC would simply reset itself and go back to the old resolution setting (1400x1050), which makes for a BAD resolution (blury text) on a widescreen (1680x1050). After googling for a resolution, the best recommendation was to return it, if in time. So i returned it and kept the 19" flat LCD for my primary PC and started looking for an inexpensive good 17"/19" LCD monitor in 4:3 format for my older secondary PC. (Unless you watch TV and movies on your PC, a widescreen monitor is not better than the conventional 4:3 format monitors, which seems to be almost extinct in stores.)This 17" SOYO is a decent Monitor if you don't want the latest Hi-Tech. The highest supported resolution is 1280x1024! Its 8ms response time is good, unless its for a gaming PC. Brightness and contrast are good. The screen can be tilted (usually not needed). The screen is not hight adjustable like others, but that's ok as we have thick phonebooks for that. This SOYO Monitor comes with a digital cable in the box, yet DOES NOT have a digital connection in the back!! (The analog connection does just fine.) Small Control Buttons are in the front bottom and are a little difficult to push in, but that's ok. I have to check the speakers still, which I can imagine are a litte weak. (The speaker cable is included.)PROS:- inexpensive- 17" TFT LCD Monitor (SLIM)- good picture (good brighness/contrast 500:1)- can somehow be mounted on wall, screen can tilt- non reflective screen (anti-glare; unlike many Laptop screens)CONS:- design (made in china)- NO Digital input/connection- Distracting BRIGHT blue light (that can be covered up with tape)- NOT hight adjustable- probably weak speakers (like all other monitor speakers)Would I buy it again? For this price, YES. All the cons are minor!

awkward "on-off" button location

We purchased this wireless foot pedal to use with our SP Riptide. The unit works anywhere in our 17' boat. We only use our bow mount intermittently as we drift along the river's edge. The position of the on-off switch in the upper right corner of unit makes it very awkward when compared to the corded foot pedals we had on other Minn Kota's. With those, the motor would stop when we released our foot. Likely we will go back to a corded foot pedal. We probably would not have purchased it to start with if the web pictures had shown descriptions of each button's function.

CoPilot vs. foot controls

Being a person with horrible hand - eye coordination and even worse foot - eye coordination, if there is such a thing, the foot controls on the trolling motor really suck. The CoPilot system makes the world of fishing a heck of a lot more fun. Wish I could rate it higher than 5 Stars, but 5 will have to do. The CoPilot is the way to go.

Handy to have

this gadget here is really neat. set anywhere in your boat and use the trolling motor to move you along. doesn't get in your way like the foot control does. handy to have around especially if your foot pedal screws up. wasn't too sure about spending the money for it but it sure is nice. i didn't have any problem installing it on my pontoon boat trolling motor and it works great.

Great clear, loud bass/mid/highs for the price.

I don't think you can beat the sound of these for the price. I use a Pioneer receiver and for the other speakers I use the 6.5's that are of the same model family. These just completely drown out the 6.5's. The bass is clear and precise even a pretty high volume, rock and metal sound great. Drum beats are punchy and precise, I can feel them in my chest (note: these are in the doors), but machine-gun drum blasts get a little muddy. The Mids and highs are also very clear at the highest volumes.The bass does start clipping just shy of my volume threshold, so I can never turn them exactly as high as I'd like, but they get real close. I just write it off as forcibly saving my hearing, ha.

Good speakers, lasted me so far...

I've had them for a while (1.5 years) and they work great. Pretty good range, I don't think it's necessary to have a 5-way speaker in 6x9's. Might get just as much range in a 3-way. But I can't complain. low profile enough to fit with adapters. I would suggest use with a good amplifier for best results.

Sturdy, long, heavy cable, bright ammeter

This is about what you'd expect--the enclosure is strong and sturdy; the power cable is reinforced. I mostly bought this to replace a cheap APC power strip that claimed to be rated @ 1800 watts but was uncomfortably warm with a 900 watt load on it. This unit, the plug, and the cord stay cool to the touch with a 900 watt load.The ammeter works as expected. The only disappointment I had is that the meter does not have a decimal place. Only whole amps are represented. 6 amps can jump to 7 amps; I'd like to see a finer granularity of measure (0.1 amps). I've used such meters in data centers before and just expected it here. But, this is pretty cheap and works.And it does not have a power switch, which I consider to be a huge bonus. So many PDUs on the market do have power switches and I've never understood it.I plan to buy more of these.

Great for Rackmount Audio / Video setup or computer setup

I've used Tripp lites for my rackmount computers in the past and thought this unit would work great in conjunction with their Tripp Lite HT1210ISOCTR Home Theater IsPRar Power Center w/ remote 12 outlets 5700 Joules power conditioner for my home theater rack (Omnimount RSF).With a receiver, some external amps, and all the sources / consoles I can plug in, I needed more plugs. This rackmount unit is well built, helps me monitor my draw and I can shut it down to avoid any phantom power draws (the game consoles love to suck power it seems).A solid option. And, in this application, I needed the plugs on the back versus a mix of front and back or all in the front, but that's because I wanted to hide the wall warts behind it in my rack.I prefer Tripp Lite to the more expensive Monster....plus, by rackmounting these, I get them off the floor, as I worry these get hot near the carpet.

Great Pair of speakers for the car sound enthusiast

can't beat the quality for the price. if you're budget conscious and youre looking to upgrade your sound system, but dont intend on entering any SPL competitions or having a system loud enough for people to hear you blocks away, you cant go wrong. Its a great pair of speakers.

use this mixer everyday and have to say it has built tough.the only thing i would like is a insert point on the subgroups.they have a good noise floor but be careful when you start maxing out the console. people forget that audio is voltage and when you get a lot going around inside a console like the mackie you start getting noise in your mix.

Can't go wrong with Panasonic phones

This is only the third cordless phone I have ever owned. All three have been Panasonics, with the first one being bought 16 years ago. The first one died after a bad fall, and the second was retired to purchase this current phone system (multiple handsets), that is being used on a Vonage phone system (love it). These new phones have Voice Enhancer (VE), which really makes a difference by canceling out background noise. I also like the antenna-less design. It has a large phone directory that works similar to cell phone directories. It also has a built in speaker phone in the handset that makes retrieving voice mail very simple as you don't have to put the phone up to your ear to hear the next prompt. All-in-all a great phone.

Highly Recommend

We were in the market for new cordless phones to replace our old 900 Mhz phones. After reading many reviews for different phone sets on [...] we decided to go with the Panasonic KX-TG6022B 5.8 GHz Expandable Digital Cordless Phone with 2 Handsets and added the Panasonic KX-TGA600B 5.8 GHz Expandable Digital Cordless Handset. We use Vonage, so we didn't need an answering machine and wanted a phone compatible with VoIP. We are very pleased with the clarity of our calls with no interference from outside sources such as our microwave oven or ballasts on fluorescent lights. We can walk freely around the house without signal loss. I have taken the phone with me to the mail box, which is a good 150 to 200 feet from the base in the back of our house and was able to draw dialtone. The only feature I wish Panasonic had included on these phones was a backlit key pad. But I understand that could reduce battery life to some degree.

Good phone!

I'm very satisfied with this phone. I purchased it as an extension for my current setup. The speakerphone is crisp and clear. I can hear the other person clearly, and they can hear me without the hollow background that often accompanies speakerphone use. I find the distinctive ring feature and the voice announcement of the caller are useful for identifying callers without having to run to the phone. I'm glad I purchased it, and would recommend it to others.

Minn Kota 2 bank portable charger

Very good quality unit. I use it for my 24 volt, (2-12 volt series) battery bank for my trolling motor and on my (2-12 volt bank parallel) boat battery bank. I wired 2 prong SAE connections in place of the alligator clamps so I can simply plug the charger in without standing on my head to hook up the clamps to the batteries. Very happy with purchase.

Awesome Charger

FULLY automatic, I use it to charge both of my two HUGE 65 LBS each, 90 amp hour deep cycles. You can hook the alligator clamps on, turn it on, walk away for 3 months come back and they will be perfectly fine fully charged. Great charger.

The charger is very user friendly. I like the fact that I do not have to detach the 24 volt connection while charging both batteries. The charger is light weight and compact. I have only had it for about a month now and so far so good. The item was received on time without any delay. I recommend this type of portable charger to anybody that does not want to clutter their vessel by adding a 2 bank charger.
