Exceptional Framing nailer

I've had strictly used only Hitachi framing guns, they are the only brand I found that will continue to bump fire nails after years of use and abuse. The Paslode and Bostitch guns I've owned stopped bump firing consistently as they aged. I decided to try the Max framer because it is both lighter and shorter than my beloved Hitachi NR83. It functions as well as the Hitachi, since it is lighter and shorter, I prefer the Max. The gun comes with a little cam in the trigger that you have to remove before it will bump fire. This feature must be the corporate lawyer's contribution to protect them from a law suit. I recommend this gun to any framing professional who is looking for a smaller, lighter framer that functions as well as a Hitachi.

Great Nail Gun!

This is our 8th gun like this. We use these in a factory enviroment and they hold up extremly well. I would reccomend this gun to anyone. It has good balance and great power.

truly an amazing machine

i'm attaching 5/8" huber zip sheathing to 10 gauge metal rafters. my men who are used to roofing nailers took like ducks to water with these HN120 guns. They just love them. They hit pins into the OSB panels like they were shooting with a tommy gun.

It's a mixed bag, for me

I can't for the life of me find the reviews here on Amazon that I browsed before I bought this tool. They were very good reviews, and now I see what they meant by their comments.One person mentioned the need to press the tool's nosepiece quite nearly perpendicular to the work. You cannot cant it much. Then it takes a very firm push to advance the screw and get it engaged. It wants a good strong push to get it going... which shouldn't matter if you are holding it vertically, as on decking, but, for instance, if you have only one hand free, or are in some dodgy situation, it's a bit of a challenge. If you are still in that dodgy, one-handed, poorly-supported position, you will have to push even harder as you go, against both the tool's spring and the increasingly engaged screw: a real two-fer.And someone else mentioned lack of power, under some conditions. Yes, I see what you mean.My situation:1. I was working on a roof, unsteadily (10/12 pitch, against a dormer sidewall), and needed things as easy as possible.2. I was also working on the same job with nice modern Milwaukee M18 battery-powered tools.I kept wishing that the economical Senco tool -- based on a standard drill body -- would have two speed ranges. It has only high range, not geared down.I wished I had the choice of Torx bits and Torx screws, since they seem to me to grip in the driver much better. (Maybe they are offered by Senco. I did not have them.)I would love a modern (well, new to me) impact driver type operation on this tool. Slick as butter.Oh, well, I am learning to use it. And getting better. But I DO use the little 18-volt Milwaukee impact driver to finish the screws that I failed to seat from my problematic perch.I even learned to TAPE the drill's useless (vestigial) reverse switch to the the FORWARD position. It took me way too long to realize the drill wasn't driving because I had it running reversed. Doh!

I don't leave home without it.

This is my favorite product. I check "books on CD/Mp3" out of the library and listen to them on this Sony "PSYC" Walkman while I walk the dogs, do gardening, drive to work, drive back from work, run on the treadmill, etc.Since I have used this product about 6 hours a day for 4 months I consider myself an expert on it. It is AWESOME.

One of the best portable CD players I have ever owned. The only reason I don't give it a 5 star rating is it didn't last long, less than a year. If I had known, I would have bought a back up.I listen to audio books with mine and it has never skipped, even during my weekly exercises.

Everyone loves a Disney Princess

(I posted this review for the Jamine doll as well.)I was a little worried when I ordered these items for the nieces for Christmas (yes it was that long ago). However, when the package came I knew they would love it and they did. And so did every other family member that night. They are really beautiful dolls. The doll and horse are full scale. I was expecting them to be smaller, given the price.If the little girl in your life loves princesses, this series is the one to buy.

A different kind of baby doll

My 2 1/2 year old daughter chose this toy herself with her gift card. She absolutely loves her "pony baby". She sleeps with it every night and before they go to sleep she has to push the foot and go through all of the phrases. She loves it when her baby says "I love you", and when she asks "will you rock me to sleep?" my little girl does every time. She loves her "pony baby" more than any of her traditional style baby dolls.

My daughter got this for her 5th b-day. She got Pinky Pie at Easter and loved it so much, I had to get her Rainbow Dash for her b-day. It sings and talks. It is a nice change from playing with babies all the time. For anyone who loves My Little Ponies, this is great to add to your collection!

My 3 year old received this for her birthday and she loves it! She likes any kind of horse. It is not worth the current $34.99 price, but for $8.99 it is! The phrases are short and not terribly annoying. Very cute!!
