Be patient with the assembly and it will be fine

Reviews on this item run hot and cold, but the design is the same for everyone. Kohler is generally a good name so I ordered it anyway. When it arrived I was not expecting what I found in the box, but then I thought about the reviews and it became clear what was going on. The ends of the tube are pressed into the elbows and it's a very tight interference fit. The ends are also held together with screw fasteners which are blind from the outside when properly assembled. The bottom line is that it can be partially fit together and/or have some loose fasteners, which, if you don't understand the construction, might cause those that aren't mechanically inclined to send it back for quality/design problems. That said, firmly yank, twist and pull at various elements and it will soon become apparent how this thing is designed and meant to be put together. If you get it right and mount it properly, it's a fine rack. There shouldn't be anything loose and no gaps to get towels caught it. If these issues exist, disassemble fully, reassemble properly and remount.

I bought mine two years ago from COSTCO and use it all the time. It works fine. It has not rusted or anything.I love it. It does state it needs to be on a stable surface, so If the other comment states he used it on a boat. Thatmay be why it was showing "out of water" and automaticallty shuts off. it may have been off balance and a water indicator was being moved back and forth within the machinery. mine WORKS GREAT and makes different size ice.and makes it fast too.

fault finding

I bought a boat in St Martin and this machine was on the boat. Unfortunately, it stops working after producing some iceblocks and displays a message that it is out of water, when it clearly it is not. There were no instructions with the machine for fault finding. Can you help?

Very happy with this faucet

I got this faucet to go with my new vanity KOHLER K-2604-F69 Tresham 24-Inch Vanity, Woodland and sink KOHLER K-2979-8-0 Tresham One-Piece Surface and Integrated Lavatory with 8-Inch Widespread Faucet Drilling, White. Because the sink is nice and deep, I could have a faucet that stood up a bit. My last sink (a pedestal) had some kind of high faucet and it splashed all over no matter what I did.I love the style, it is very contemporary and simple. It goes with almost everything in terms of style because it isn't too modern or too out there, like Kohler K-6274-C12-BN Karbon Two Handle Widespread Lavatory Faucet. This hadn't cost an arm and a leg so not on my budget, but I liked the articulated spout. Now I realize it would have required more consistency in style, too. So I am very happy with my choice.This matches my other brushed nickel, and puts out plenty of water with NO splashing issues. It is beautiful. And it is easy to keep clean because it is has no whorls, engraving or other dirt catchers. The 8" spread also helps.The only problem with it is the pull for the sink stopper. It goes directly behind the faucet. There is no real seal, so when cleaning the sink, if not really careful, water drips down the pull onto the vanity shelf. That is why I gave it only has 4 stars. I don't like this at all, and if everything else wasn't perfect, I would have returned it.

I purchased this faucet in chrome for a smaller bathroom in my house. At first, I was a little surprised at how seemingly small the faucet and handles were in comparison to what I had before but it really grew on me. I love it! I also bought Kohler Loure faucets for my master dual sinks and because they are angled so high, they splash water when I have them on full blast (which I don't like). The Stillness faucet does not splash at all and is very easy to keep clean. Kohler makes high quality products that are easy to install. I would purchase this faucet again.

WOW, what a faucet!!! Best faucet for any bathroom sink!!!

I never thought I would say wow to a bathroom faucet. When we decided we were going to renovate our bathrooms I could not believe how difficult it was to truly like a faucet. I have never really paid much attention to the faucets before. But when I saw the Symbol faucet and paid a little attention to it after that it became really impossible to like any other faucet in design and simplicity.We purchased three of these. While Amazon had a great price Home Depot had the best price. HD only had two in stock so we bought one from Amazon and two from HD. We installed Bianco Antico granite and Kohler Ladena sink with Symbol chrome faucet. Wow the project turned out great.It is a pleasure to use this faucet. It feels very solid and has amazing mechanism. Kohler has the best installation instruction in my opinion. The install was easy even though I did not install it myself I read thru the instructions.If you have $300 to spend on a faucet trust me you will not regret it. Keep in mind a typical faucet is used for good 20 years vs. say new iphone or an iPad that will be used only 3-4 years that too is a stretch. Spend the money on this nice faucet you will enjoy you bathroom.

Hasbro's Royal Naboo Starship Cruiser Playset is eyecatching. It's big. The large (almost 3') toy is sturdy plastic with many features: a dozen or so electronic sounds; well-detailed interior compartments that have moving features, such as reclining seats on the flight deck, an extending ramp, a 'lift' that operates, and the hatches that reveal three main compartments. The flight deck slides out to reveal a lower area. Three R2 units are included as well as an escape ship. Sticklers will wish the craft was more 'scale sized' but that would make it an impractical size. As it is, it's an acceptable compromise of scale and detail, like the Trilogy Milleneum Falcon. For devotees of the iconic look of the Queen's ship, it's a must-have, but you will need a lot of display space to properly enjoy it. I am not sure how 'playable' it is/was, because of the fragility of some of the components, like the hinged 'lids' but it is an impressive display piece.

Very satisfied even after a year

I had this faucet installed last year when I replaced my counters and sink and I did a lot of research before buying because a faucet is the most used kitchen item. I found it to be very sturdy, the weight and the design of the handle is perfect. It has two buttons, one holds spray the other holds the regular flow. On most other faucets you must continue to hold the button while using the spray. I did not appreciate this feature until I used my sister-in-law's very high end designer faucet that did not have this feature. She spent twice as much money for good looks but poor functionality. The hose is made of a heavy mesh so I haven't worried about pulling it in different directions. I also like the open handle, very easy to hold with soapy hands. a perfect weight not too light and not too heavy and moves easily in every direction. It has been easy to clean and the chrome keeps its shine. I noticed that the price has gone down since I bought it. I think it is a very good value and if you spend effort or money installing a new faucet it pays in the long run to invest in the best. I have no complaints about the price.

We replaced a Price Pfister that 2 plumber could not fix. It just started leaking and we ordered parts, the PF was still under warantee....we read other Kohler reviews and decided to change brands. We're SO GLAD we did. The Kohler looks simple, elegant and works GREAT. THe single control maneuvers easily, shuts off and turns on nicely, water temp beautiful and spray has good pressure. We had it installed 6 months ago (I take my time writing reviews) and it still functions as if it were brand new. Our next purchases will be Kohler as well.

This is a great sturdy item, but it only works with high water pressure. I have a salt water pool with an inverter Motor. It runs on setting #2, in which water pressure is minimized to conserve energy,since it has to run for 8 hours. The body is well made, strong and sturdy. But for the reason above I could not enjoy the greatness of the fountain. I may not be rating this product fairly, but I didn't have a chance to see it work properly. If your pool water pressure is not high enough, forget about this product, otherwise, you may be a winner.

BEWARE Problem with installation instructions in box

We recently purchased this faucet from amazon and installed it yesterday based on the instructions that came in the box. It turns out that the instructions were not the correct ones for this product even though they have the correct model on them. We are going to have to take the whole thing out because the direction for putting in the drain lift rod was not included. This is a very nice faucet but if you buy this model make sure you download the instructions directly from kohler.

Great watch for an active lifestyle.

I wouldn't say I'm running trails everyday but I am a dad of two and soon to be three kids. I can keep this watch on all day long and never worry about water, juice, toys being hurled at maximum velocity, etc. Its size is smaller than some of the other G shocks which I love. I used to own a G shock back in the early 90's and loved it but when all the new models came out I felt they were big, ugly, and gaudy. I'm very happy with my purchase and at a price you can't beat with a stick.

Works when loosen the leather some

My husband likes this holster. He priced many in the area and this was the best priced one. To be honest he order then we cancelled and thought we could get a better deal local. But that was not the case. I didn't think you could buy police holsters on Amazon but I guess they have gotten bigger through the years. This vendor delivered it quickly and the only complaint I heard was that the leather was tight. I would rather it tight than too loose so his gun slips out. In time it will fall into the natural shape of the weapon. It was a great buy overall. All I can say to our law enforcement people: BE CAREFUL AND COME HOME SAFELY TO YOUR LOVED ONES!
