One of best Multitool available

I love the bestselling Leatherman Wave, but this one is even better. Thanks to it's better knife blade with 154cm steel. The black and stainless semi-tactical look also adds to the cool factor. I opted for the AL instead of the ALX because I found myself using scissors more often than the serrated blades.It's made in the USA and with Leatherman's great warranty, what more can you ask for?

For a bad back or Fibromyalgia this a great chair

This is a great chair but I would not recommend it for everyone. It is not your everyday recliner. For some with mobility issues they might be disappointed. It does not sit flush with the floorso it is a little more difficult to get into and out of.It does take a little getting use to. Your legs are never straight out as in other recliners. They are bent downward at the knee just a bit and there is no empty space between the chair and legrest as most recliners. But then this is no ordinary recliner ! It takes a little getting use to but in a very short time you will find it really is the " Perfect Chair ". You can adjust it to several differentpositions, almost infinite, the head/ neck pillow adjusts to your liking. When it goes back you can feel the pressure being released from your spine. Depending on how bad and where my back achesdepends on what position I adjust it to. You get it comfortable to your situation and you back aches will disappear and you may fall asleep. This is a great sleep inducing chair. It is very well paddedand very comfortable even just for everyday use watching TV or reading.There is a manual motion model, which I am reviewing, and an electric model. I tried both out before purchasing. I found the manual very easy to move and operate. The electric that moves the chairup and down with the touch of a button is nice but not 800-1000.00 nice and one more thing to break. One the manual you lift a lever on the left hand arm cushion and use you arms on the arm restsand it moves backwards. You just release the lever to stop the motion in the position you wish to be in. It moves very easily. You reverse the process to lower it or to get out of the chair.The chair comes disassembled and while it could have better detailed instructions once you start it is really self explanatory and very easy to assemble.Shop First to make sure what you want.You will find all Human Touch zero gravity type chairs are designed pretty much the same except for size, design and price. I bought from Amazon for 1/2 the price. If you have fibromyalgia or asimular muscle or back problem I highly recommend this zero gravity chair. I love my Perfect Chair ! I might add this is a very large chair and the Red is a very nice shade of red. Don't let the color scare you off !

Nice Unit - Could be Better

We use the Garmin Astro for K9 SAR. We put it on the dogs & record the areas they searched. The unit is nice, but frustrating to operate. It is advertised as being like the Garmin 60C series, but the operating system (menu screens) are very different and have much less functionality than the 60C's. I would have wanted to carry just one unit, but alas, I carry both because the screen functionalty on the Astro does not have features the 60CS has. The screen sequence for starting & stopping recording the dog tracks is very cumbersome and confusing. The harness that comes with the unit is worthless - dangerous really. It is a velcro 'vest' that is supposed to fit snugly around the dog's chest. It has to fit snuggly the way its designed in order for it to stay on the dog . . . but that snugness also causes the dog to not be able to breathe properly - for a working dog - that could cause major medical emergency. All of us who have them have designed some other attachment method to the dog's regular working harness. Garmin could save some money by removing the harness fromt the package & putting in a simple/better way to attach it to another harness. This all sounds bad . . . the unit works pretty well actually, but these pesky details cause it to be used less often that I would like.

Stretching, an automated medieval rack that is great for the back!

I bought a Natuzzi chair five years ago with power recline and an Interactive Health "Human Touch" robotic massage unit built in. The chair was fanstastic and I used it daily. About six months ago I began shopping for a replacement. I tried an HT-135 chair and discovered the "stretching" feature. This is an incredible innovation where the chair grabs your calves (using the leg massage unit) and then reclines over the massage head while lowering your legs. If you have ever seen a drawing or horror movie where they are bending someone over a huge curved surface while streching them; i.e., "breaking on the rack", that is what it is like. I reached six feet tall when I was 15 years old and for years I joked that you could verify a pair of yardsticks with me. A few years ago during a physical I discovered that I had lost about a half inch. Well, that half inch is back and those poor compressed disks in my back are restored!I bought the HT-140 instead of the HT-135 because it has a unique feature in that it has a small lever under the right arm rest that when activated causes the foot rest to articulate out about six inches or so. Essential for the tall person.A friend of mine has an HT-1650 (about $4 grand) and it looks like a massage chair. The HT-140 looks more like a starship captain's chair, although with the dark leather and heavy oak accents it looks good in the living room. I paid $2K (exactly) delivered. Even though I did not get "white glove" treatment, the delivery guy helped me get it up into the house. The chair arrives folded in a huge box, but it is very easy to set up and use.Cons: the cashew leather turned out darker than my wife thought it would be and, of course, the black leather is even darker. Would be nice to have a beige or cream option. The controller does not have a pause feature for some reason, that would have been a plus.

A very nice piece!!

I'm impressed with this piece. I don't know if it has a historical antecedent. It probably does, but even if it doesn't you'll still impress your shipmates! Both barrels work. There is a half cock position and full cock from which it can be fired. Bad choice of words. Cock it, pull the trigger, it goes click. You can't fire it. The gun has a nice heft and very good detail in the carvings both in the wood and on metal. A very nice piece.

Pistol Perfect

Ultimately, I have a fondness for ancient weaponry and though I'm more fond of edged weapons, I confees I do have a soft spot for early firearms. This pistol, like a few others that I own is well made, realistically balanced, and very nicely made. There's woodworking and intricate carving on the barrels and butt-plate that make it look very fashionable. If antiquated weaponry is your interest, this one is for you.

seems like old time quality

I was looking for a long time for a mixer that seemed like a good quality. I did buy one from the store but it was not high enough quality to suit my needs.The online reviews were a big help so I thought I would share mine.I bought one,pistachio hoping it was not to ugly,not knowing what the picture looked like.(I sent 2 pics but they still are not quite right)It was perfect for me more like an old time mint color.I received it only 6 days after I ordered it.It is heavy and seems well put together.I am very picky about quality, which seems hard to find.I ran it through a test of 8 cups whole wheat for bread.The only small problem I had is the bowl seemed to tilt.After taking it out I noticed there is a clip on back where the bowl had to pushed into a little to fit level.Easy enough.It made the dough and kneaded it with little effort.I am impressed with the power.I like the bowl lift design.I is a little loud, but no more than I would expect for a powerful motor.The only thing I don't know at this point is iwill last or not.My impression is that it will.The overall quality seems excellent.I would say it is well worth the money if want something with enough power to get the job done.

Kitchen Aid lift stand mixer

I bought the Kitchen Aid mixer because I had previously used this product in a restaurant, and I could afford it. The mixer works perfectly, just as I had remembered, but the bowl has substandard welds, since it broke the first time I had to use it. Kitchen Aid replaced the bowl immediately with no questions asked, when I called customer service.Many people have some problems with this mixer, since the bowl lifts up and down, and the head is immoble. This makes it a little harder to add ingredients, and the mixer has to be turned off and the bowl lowered to scrape the sides. The mixer is designed so that scraping the sides of the bowl doesn't have to be done as often as with a hand mixer.I love the thing, tho, and I have yet to find an ingredient stiff enough that the mixer doesn't function.

Get a lot for your money

I was hesitant to spend $50 on finger puppets but there are 13 of them and they are a decent size. It's less than $4 per finger puppet. The kids love them!

Littman is the best

I ordered this stethoscope because I am studying to become a nurse practitioner. I noticed all the physicians where I work use a Littman. It is a sturdy, very user friendly piece of equipment, with excellent sound transmission. Love it.

My enjoyment comes frome watching trains run. I have found complicated layouts with track switches expensive and seldome used. If i want more than one train running i will make another twice around, perhaps raised above the one below.
