Flat-out Good

Years ago everyone was ranting and raving about KMS products and, as a hair-care product junkie, I tried one or two items in their line. I wasn't impressed and moved on. A number of months ago KMS products were featured at the store I frequent to take care of my hair-care product fix. I acquired one or two KMS items, with Flatout Straightening Crème as one of them. KMS has stealthy become a respected brand among my arsenal of products and Flatout has, surprisingly, become a go-to product. However, Flatout is not my choice for a straightening cream; it is my choice for heat protection. I find that Flatout actually gives my hair more energy and bounce than other products, which is interesting considering it is designed to straighten it out. I highly recommend KMS Flatout for whatever your hair needs because I think what makes it work so well is that, at it's core, it is protecting your hair.

Also great for curls

I use this stuff for straight (blow-dry plus flat-iron), it does a great job of keeping hair silky with all that heat. If I want a little straighter than natural, I just put it in and let it air dry. My hair is naturally curly, so to enhance the curls, I put it in and scrunch, then let air dry. It separates the curls and defrizzes. My problem with other curl products (including curl up) is that they tend to dry out my hair. This product is perfect for all 3 purposes. FYI, my hair is fine and naturally wavy/curly, currently medium length, but I've used it with short hair, too.
