4ReadyLift 66-3025 leveling kit
By S. Squire
I researched a lot of leveling kits for my 2007 Silverado Classic. This seemed to have the highest quality and it was the only one that came with a spacer for the shock, which is a must have so you don't over extend your shocks. I paid $156 on Amazon with free shipping and no tax, the next cheapest price I found was $229 for the same kit.You will want to use a coil spring compressor that mounts on the inside of the coil, once you remove the shock the compressor will fit through the lower A-arm easily. An outer mounting coil compressor has clearance mounting issues and gives the coil an arc/curve when compressed and makes it damn near impossible to re-install with the spacer. You will also want some bailing wire to tie your spindle to the upper A-arm so that the spindle doesn't drop forward and rip off your brake line or ABS line. I had to shave down the rubber bushings for the shock mounts because with the shock spacer I wasn't able to thread on the nut. And after installation you will definitely need to get the truck aligned. If you've ever worked on A-arm coil spring type suspensions then this install is a walk in the park. The only thing I didn't like about this leveling kit was that I got 1.5 inches of lift and not the full 2 inches. Before installation my fender height was 34 inches, afterwards it was only 35.5 inches, I even installed new shocks. All in all it's a good quality kit and I would definitely recommend it.

5truck looks normal now
By zeus the goose
bought the readylift leveling kit for my 2005 gmc sierra extended cab. i hated the front end rake and i don't often load more than a dirt bike or some surfboards in my truck so i wanted the truck to sit level, which this kit facilitates. had my mechanic install the kit and it took him longer than expected but i think that was due to the manufacturing of the truck, not the kit. all in all it was just what i wanted. big surprise is how the truck actually handles better without the additional weight leveraged on the front end. it bounces noticeably less when going over short/steep speed bumps!
