I was not disappointed with this purchase. The craftsmenship is top notch.The material, leather, is smooth, moist and silky. It is attractive and apractical purse/backpack for the "on the go lady". Its neither too big or smallfor its intended use. The only feature that I'm not real fond of is the magnetused for quick entry (you have the option to zip this compartment, or use themagnet). While it is very functional, I would have used velcro here. The vendorwas very polite, sent me email when this product was shipped and also notifiedme of its tracking. I would purchase another product from this vendor. In fact,his catalog has some very interesting products.
