Customer service=3*'s. Product=5*'s. A bit of a pain to install. Some of the items on the parts list were no where to be found but there were factory parts that were still able to be used and we got it in with just a bit of difficulty. Not really difficulty just annoyance. If yer looking for a ballsy intake this is a good choice. Just be prepared to call the tech line and it is NOT toll free. If you leave a message to call back you will probably never hear from them. If yer not familiar with CAI's, make sure you have someone with you who is familiar with the procedure.
