These pants are not sized properly

These pants were exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, they are not sized properly. According to the Amazon sizing chart, the men's size Large I ordered fits 36"-38" waist. I am 5'10" tall, 190lbs with 36" waist and I could not get close to doing these pants up. My 5'6" wife who is 130lbs can wear them with not much room to spare.However, great communication from the vendor. They are processing my refund.
