Westin E-Series Nerf Bars 2009 Tacoma

The good about these bars are they are very high grade and look great installed. The bad if you are putting them on yourself as I was is they are mislabeled very badly. Each step comes with three mounting brackets. They are labeled for driver side "D" and passenger side "P"... Front, Middle and Rear. You put the mounting brackets on first, and then attach the steps. On mine the Front and Middle were labeled wrong. Meaning I had to put the Driver Front and Middle on the Passenger side to make them fit!! Should normally been a little over an hour job took me over 2 hours. Plus all that time your laying on the garage floor. Needless to say I was not happy. Great product but bewares of the labeling on the brackets. Can make for a lot of headaches!!

3rd time is a charm. I received the item damaged twice due to being poorly packed from the manufacturer. After returning the damaged goods, on the 3rd try I lucked out and received the side steps in good condition. All parts were accounted for, instructions are easy to follow. It took about 45 minutes to install both sides by myself and drive out of the driveway. They look great and do serve there purpose. Well worth the price and value.

2013 Tacoma

Product was very easy to install. All the part were well packaged. I removed the factory bolt plugs on my 2013 Tacoma Double Cab.It took less then 45 minutes to install by myself. Note: Just read the directions first. After installing the supports and tightening the bolts. Start all the bolts on the side step before you do any tightening.I bought this product to make it easy for the wife to get in and out of the truck.Which worked great for her shorter legs and they are not so large that they get in the way of my longer legs.It looks very clean!
