Looks, Feels, and is Quality!

The New England hard water leaves drop marks on my car, my windows, and my chrome and brushed nickel faucets - but not on my Kohler Brushed Chrome shower and sink faucets and trim. And I've got to tell you, the faucets' "action" feels finely machined and almost liquid.The first shipment was a previously opened, unsealed box. Kohler packs the polished components in soft-foam bags and wrappers. Some were missing and one of the pieces had a scratch. I immediately called Amazon, and received a replacement (this time sealed) the next morning via FedEx.The pricing was at least 20-30% less than my plumber could offer me.
