what i needed

i have been struggling to get my 15 hp Honda 4 stroke to idle down slow enough to troll bait for salmon,with this i can get my 14' Lund down to.5-.75 mph! the bomb.

Trolling Plate Gift

Can't say much about the trolling plate since it was given as a gift to a friend to slow down his Honda 15 horse outboard on an aluminum 14' boat. According to him he had a little trouble installing the plate on to existing holes in the engine so had to drill two new ones to make the release mechanism work properly.That, of course, was not the fault of the trolling plate. Other than that, it came on time, in good condition and seems to work well for him.
