I have drilled at least a dozen 8 inch thick stemwalls, some with rebar. This core drill is still going strong. So far this bit has saved or made me over a thousand dollars. Plus it is much easier to schedule work when I do not have to bring in a concrete core drilling company. This is a valuable tool in my arsenal and well worth the money.
