Our Breyer Traditional Horse Luz de Luna is a grey Paso Fino. Beautiful and pleasurable to ride, Paso Finos are the national horse of Puerto Rico. Spanish Conquistadors brought them to the New World several hundred years ago. Luz de Luna means moonlight in Spanish. Luz de Luna is perfect for beginning horse collectors. He is beautifully crafted, hand-painted, and accurately detailed. Ages 4 and up.

Beautifull and Peacfull, but not the best

This is a pretty model that shows relaxation, my personal liking is the models that show " action", this one however does show beauty in the pretty grey color that seems to "blend" with other modelsATTENTION: I reccomend not giving breyers to a child 9 and younger> ( I broke one of my models on carpet!) As they are EXTREEMLY easy to break

I just got Luna yesterday. She wasn't the one I was planning to get but she's so breathtaking in real life that I couldn't resist. She balances well, so she's fun to play with. I can see why the model is listed in "My Favorite Horses"!!!!!

Nice but not as good looking as some others

We bought several standard size horses before. This one might be my least favorite. It is not as detailed as some others and the colors are very muted. The friend my daughter gave it to is still having a lot of fun with it though!
