These knee pads are, by far, the best I have ever used. I am a big guy and they fit my legs. They have a dual size fitting where you can slide over extra side pads to fit your knee if you are a smaller person. They have gel all over and are very comfortable. I selected them out of a company catalog, on the picture alone, and used them at work. I liked them so much, I bought THIS pair for my personal use at home! Simply an outstanding product.

I'm a baggage handler, so I'm on my knees inside the belly of the airplane for many hours a day. I've tried out dozens of different knee pads over the years, and by far this one blows away all the rest I've ever tried. It feels like my knees are resting on a cloud! They have pads on both sides which you can rotate in or out to change the "cup size" for your knee. I've got large knees, so I set it almost as large as it will go, but it is adjustable for people with smaller knees as well. The gel inside does the "fine tuning" to conform to the shape of your knee. The surface that comes in contact with the ground is made out of a plastic that has a little bit of grip. Some like knee pads that let you slide around as if you're on a block of ice, so be aware, these aren't that type.

I have had knee replacements on both knees. My job requires me to kneel a lot so I went into a hardware store, put about 15 pairs of knee pads on the floor to test them out. These are the best knee pad I have found. Now I have 4 pair of them, one everwhere I may need them.
