Good budget dehydrator!

Pros- 5 trays hold a lot of food- Fairly quite so it doesn't interfere with daily living- Very easy to use (only an on/off switch)- Instructions contain lots of recipes and detailed drying information- Low cost- Good durability (I've had mine for about 4 years and it works as good as the day I got it)Cons- Heat circulation is not even from top to bottom (you have to rotate the trays every few hours to keep the dehydration between trays consistent)- No temperature settings for custom drying levels and times- Power cord is only a couple feet long (fine if you have counter space where the power outlet is)As a final note, I haven't used this unit more than 10 times. I have always had good results and the unit does exactly what it's supposed to. I would call this a beginner level dehydrator and now that I've had some experienced with dehydrating, I think I would purchase a more advanced model. My dehydrator is the exact same model as the one on Amazon, but mine was not purchased from Amazon.
