I don't shirk from making indian food from scratch, but considering how good this rava mix turns out every time, I don't see the point of going through the hassle.Tip: Add some shredded carrots, green peas and chopped coriander leaves to the mix and pour in some buttermilk along with the yogurt (to get the doughy consistency). Fluffy and delicious

I have been using this product for a long time. The quality and taste is superb. I have tried several other Ravi Idli mixes from various vendors from India, nobody is even a distant second.I recommend this product for healthy and delicious eating. enjoy!
