All I can say is when I ordered this bumper for my Explorer it said it would take 1-2 months to get to my house!! LOL WHAT!?!?! Luckily I'm a very patient person. But it actually only took like a week!! WOOT WOOT. My only complaint is that they should have said in the description that is was going to ALL black and not look like the picture. Overall Quick great Service and easy to install
